If you have a previous brow tattoo you MUST send a picture of your previous work with no makeup on your brows and in natural lighting to info.inkandbeauty@gmail.com.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

 

Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

 

Permanent Makeup Services (Microblading, Nano Brows, etc.)

• Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made under 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.

 

Brow Lamination & Lash Lift Services

• Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made under 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.

 

Card on File

A credit card is required at the time of booking and will be securely stored on file. It will only be charged in the event of:

 

• A cancellation within the timeframes noted above

• A no-show or missed appointment without communication

 

By booking, you agree to this policy and authorize Ink & Beauty to charge your card in accordance with these terms.

 

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service booked. A new appointment will need to be scheduled, and the same card-on-file policy will apply.

 

Existing Clients

Existing clients are not required to pay anything upfront, but a card must still be kept on file. If a late cancellation or no-show occurs, your card will be charged according to the policy above, and rebooking privileges may be affected.

 

Results & Aftercare

Please note: Healed results vary from person to person, and are affected by skin type, lifestyle, and how closely aftercare instructions are followed. I do not guarantee specific results. Failure to follow aftercare properly may result in poor retention and additional charges for corrective work.

 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that time, and clients on my waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services.
